I have been looking for a management Co. for a property in S. Oak Cliff and so far no one wants to manage that area. Where can I find a management co.? I have looked online and have had referals but most won’t handle the low income areas.
yea low income areas are kind of difficult. i would call local real estate offices
I would open up the phone book, and call every single real estate agency in the city of Dallas. I know the Dallas market extremely well and you can find people to manage parties in ALL parts of Dallas. You just need to shop around.
Otherwise, plan to do it yourself.
