I am looking at purchasing a local retail bakery. The asking price is only $73,000, and I don’t have a down payment to put down. But, my problem is my credit is poor. I am very interested in this. How can I make it happen? Private Investors, Hard Money Lenders, etc.? I really need help here and I don’t have much time. I almost forgot to mention that this property is about to be foreclosed on. That is why I am in a hurry to get this done.
