Can a husband and wife(2 members) LLC eligible to buy health insurance coverage if the LLC appoint husband to be an employee of the LLC.?
The LLC pays for all insurance coverage for hsuband and wife? Any limits?

Not to my knowledge. I just formed my LLC . I was reading up that corporations can do it. I have a friend who has his S corp and is currently getting medical thru it for his business. HOpe this helps you. Not sure who you can talk to about this. You might want to google the info or someone else with more knowledge than me can answer.
