Celebrity Properties: The Los Angeles Times is reporting that Playboy founder Hugh Hefner’s mansion is for sale at $27.995 million. This is not the storied Playboy Mansion every red-blooded man in the world fantasizes visiting. It is the one next door, a neighboring two-story English manor-style residence that sets on 2.3 acres and backs up to the Los Angeles Country Club.
The listing, which is being handled by Joyce Rey and Stacy Gottula of Coldwell Bankers Previews International, is so fresh that it is not yet posted on the company’s Web site.
