can someone share with me a sample HUD1 where there is a 1st and 2nd. I searched through out this site every thread etc; but the only thing people have provided with, are blank copies of the form. I would love to see copy of the final product that was sent to a lender.

Hi all,

I would also like to see one.

I know you can get a blank one in PDF format for free from the US Housing and Urban Development, but you can not save it, you can only fill it out and print it.

But filling it out is another story. I am unclear as to how to fill it out.

So if you don’t mind please send one.
