Ive sold 3 houses for FHA buyers in 5 years. BTW…this new rule will not help curtail all the hoops you have to jump through for your fha buyer to buy your house. THAT’S the reason I don’t deal with these buyers. All the bs you have to do just to sell them a house. They have actually added a few more hoops to jump through to add to the good times.
None the less it should help open doors for us rehabbers and flippers,
