I’m sure some of you had to have sellers complete this form. My question: I’ve had Sellers list their lender as the counseling agency, b/c the lender provided all the different workout options. Selling the house via SS was the option chosen by the seller.
This worked with Wells Fargo & I’m trying to get it to work with Countrywide. I’m also tryinf to tell CW that I’m buying the house, not listing it.
Anyone have any experience/advice to share regarding these issues - it would be greatly appreciated.
