As far as I know, HUD do not allow contract assignments.
if you still want to learn how to do this, I strongly advise going to sean terry’s flip2freedom.com site. a couple of weeks ago he started a four week webinar class on flipping hud homes … and doing it successfully, which is key - his stuff is incredible! he also has documents, spreadsheets, the works. seriously, this guy leaves nothing out and explains things in such simple ways!
