Hud-1 for 2nd mortgage

The 2nd position lender I am working with wants a hud-1.
Should I send them the same Hud-1 I send to the the 1st lender? Showing my offer to the first and them recieving $1k for their mortgage.

Or should I send them a hud-1 just showing a $1,000 payoff to the 2nd lender.

I ask because on all 100% loans I have seen there are different hud-1’s for each lenders. The 1st lender lists all of the fees/commissions. While the 2nd only shows the loan amount. I hope I am being clear.

What I’ve done is send in the same HUD-1 for both the first and the second. Maybe I’m doing this ass backwards but its what I’ve done.
