Has anyone used it?
My real estate broker uses it for comps and evals before dropping offers.
My mortgage broker uses it to run lists of people in the area with high interest rates so he can target them for potential refi opportunities.
It seems to have quite a bit of value but I can’t see paying the high price.
Anyone?
