Hey,
I am planning to use a mortgage from pncbank for a shortsale, anyone have any experience with pnc bank and know if they are any good?
The other option was Bank of America but I hear they are horrible
bank of america isnt horrible but they have tightened the belt on lending standards as have almost everyone else. havent used pnc bank but i didnt realize you could finance a short sale with a bank…the people in know who do ss’s have cash always either out of their own pockets or from HML/PI.
