I would like to know from the current wholesalers out there what way have you found to be best at finding properties to wholesale?
I am working on my investor list right now but am struggling at finding the deals to give to them. Any advice would be great!

I currently run adds in all the local papers, do direct mail,mail letters to NOD recipients, and next month starting TV commercials all offering 2k for succesful leads on good deals. So far so good… Darin
I have 12 properties right now that I bought for the purpose of rehab and I would say 70% came from calls from realtors that new that the asset managers were ready to drop the price, 15% from calling cash for your house people, and 15% I found myself, im a realtor
