if the property would still carry itself pulling out $40k - Iwould pull it out and try to cherry pick a deal. right now in a lot of areas its a great time to be creative
Yes, the property would carry it self, one of them would still make good cash.
If you’re young, pull out the cash. If you’re close to retirement, pay down the debt.

Gross rents? Mortgage payment with cash out refi? Let’s see if this makes sense.
