How to transition from a Co-Wholesaler to a Buyer of those deals?

Instead of just co-wholesaling deals that my partners send me, how can I work with a private lender(s) to buy these deals below asking price, leaving them as is and re flipping them in just a few days?

Get a list of potential investors/buyers together - One option can be looking through craigslist for people selling “Rehabbed” properties or the likes, as some of those will be investors. If you drop them a mail and just start the conversation with asking if the house is still for sale and if they are the owner - If they confirm they are the owner, ask them if they invest in houses and general and if that is the case if you can add them to your “amazing deals” email list.
