How To Secure Your Interest When Virtual Wholesaling?

Hi, I was wondering when you are doing deals long distance how does one secure their interest in the deal
and keep from being cut out of the deal?

a. wholesaler in another area has a deal that he will allow you to pass along to some of your cash buyers for a share of the assignment fee and you both sign the paperwork for the agreement.

b. wholesaler then faxes the signed agreement back to you

c. do you need the wholesaler to fax the original agreement to show proof that he has interest in the property and that he is the real person with the interest in the property?


I’ve done a few deals out of state. Heck yea, you need copies of the purchase contracts and the assignments. If there are multiple players you need to have everything in writing and signed by everybody.
