WE RENTED OUT OUR HOME FOR $2,200.00 A MONTH THE TENANT WAS PAYING
NOW SHE STOPED PAYING. SHE WAS PUT OUT BY THE COURTS/ NON-PAYMENT
OF 5 MONTHS NOW HOME IS IN FORECLOSURE & OUR SCORES HAS DROP.
Slap a for sale sign on the house, accept a resonable offer that will allow/enable you and your family to learn a “life lesson” in there somewhere. Learn the lesson, dust yourselves off and move forward with life trying not to make that “same mistake” again. Life won’t wait around…
How did that happen…
Why did that happen…
What the hell can I do so it won’t happen again or at least what can I do to minimize the consequences
A wise person once said" you must anticipate the actions of others if you were given the same set of circumstances"
$2,200 a month RENT!!! How long would you be able to keep up that fantasy??
We did our homework on short sale, call an investment company
Someone came by took a look at the house. And said yes they
Would be happy too have it they will work on the numbers
And call us back A.S.A.P
Our EX-tenant gets help from D.S.S who paid the large amount
And the ex-tenant paid the small amount
EX-tenant let 2 boarders move in without our say so
Her number was call for section-8 who would be paying 1,970.00.
But she couldn’t get her boarders out, boarder said they will not pay her so she can’t
pay us we rent the place to her and 4 kids / so we started the court case / and won.
My leases prevent them from subleasing the property. That is gounds for eviction. In any event always start evition proceeding the day after the rent is late. If the rent is due on the 1st, start eviction proceeding on the second. You want the time to get them out (if it comes to that) to be the shortest possible. You can always stop the process if they pay, but you can’t get back time if you delay.
