HOW TO SAVE MY HOME

HELLO 2 ALL!!

NEED SOME HELP WITH 1 OF MY HOMES.

WE RENTED OUT OUR HOME FOR $2,200.00 A MONTH THE TENANT WAS PAYING
NOW SHE STOPED PAYING. SHE WAS PUT OUT BY THE COURTS/ NON-PAYMENT
OF 5 MONTHS NOW HOME IS IN FORECLOSURE & OUR SCORES HAS DROP.

ANY ADVICE WOULD BE HELPFUL!!

                                                           THANK YOU :help

Slap a for sale sign on the house, accept a resonable offer that will allow/enable you and your family to learn a “life lesson” in there somewhere. Learn the lesson, dust yourselves off and move forward with life trying not to make that “same mistake” again. Life won’t wait around…

How did that happen…
Why did that happen…
What the hell can I do so it won’t happen again or at least what can I do to minimize the consequences

A wise person once said" you must anticipate the actions of others if you were given the same set of circumstances"
$2,200 a month RENT!!! How long would you be able to keep up that fantasy??

Good luck!

If you know of any local investors who work short sales, it might not hurt to have someone try and work one for you.

Hello!!

We did our homework on short sale, call an investment company
Someone came by took a look at the house. And said yes they
Would be happy too have it they will work on the numbers
And call us back A.S.A.P

THANK YOU FOR THE ADVICE!!

Hello

Our EX-tenant gets help from D.S.S who paid the large amount
And the ex-tenant paid the small amount

EX-tenant let 2 boarders move in without our say so
Her number was call for section-8 who would be paying 1,970.00.
But she couldn’t get her boarders out, boarder said they will not pay her so she can’t
pay us we rent the place to her and 4 kids / so we started the court case / and won.

Foolish thing to say…

In the middle of flyover country this would be enough to rent a mansion, in some areas this is normal for a 3bdr home.

My leases prevent them from subleasing the property. That is gounds for eviction. In any event always start evition proceeding the day after the rent is late. If the rent is due on the 1st, start eviction proceeding on the second. You want the time to get them out (if it comes to that) to be the shortest possible. You can always stop the process if they pay, but you can’t get back time if you delay.

Hello

ss offer is in for 200,000 with no cash out for a 5 bed 1 bth.
Do this sound like a deal or scam for the price of home 3k plus.

Your options are as I see it:

  • Wholesale it for quick sale/breakeven.
  • Arrange a short sale agreement.
  • Arrange a deed in lieu agreement.
