Anyone know how to put collection notice on tenants credit report? I won a money judgement from the court and don’t know how to put this on their credit report. I tried garnashing his wage and bank account buy he no longer works at the same place and closed his accounts.

If you file it properly, the bureaus pick it up automatically. If not, there are debt reporting agencies that provide information to the credit bureaus. Don’t forget you can pull his credit because you have judgment and you may continue to do so until the judgment is paid. It may list his current employer. You can also hire a skip trace to find out where he works and banks.
