It seems to me that some of the most motivated sellers are those who need to move right away to another state. How can I find these type of people?
Hmmmm, This would be an interesting list if you could find or create one. That is the problem though. Think about who would know who was being transferred. That question leads me to someone in HR of a large, national company. If you could get in good with someone who works in that department you maybe able to get a list of names and addresses of people who have been transferred. That is probably not legal information to give out though.
