How to locate Sellers

This is what I have accomplished so far…

I have found a real estate agent who who knows a little bit about wholesaling. I found two title companies who can do simultaneous closing. I have found a couple of Cash Buyers, and now I just need help finding motivated sellers. I am really new to wholesaling but I think I am moving in the right track. I can’t wait to see my first check from my first deal, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, I sent you a private message. I am also from south florida as well. I would suggest visiting entrepreneur.com > marketing section. They have great resources for which you can try to mimic.
