I am getting ready to sell a rental property I have in Tamp FL, and do not want an agent. I would like to list my home on the local MLS without an agent, is that possible. Has anyone had great success doing that. I would be will to pay 2-2.5 percent to the buyers agent. Will an agent accept less?
