I have a client whose loan amount is 683k and he is selling the house $ 625K. He is 3 months behind his payment. Monthly payment is $4333.00. He is in Short Sale. What can I do to help him and how. Is there any way I can make any money out of this?
There is not enough money in the deal at all. by the time you pay closing costs, it will be at retail value. Not to mention, houses in this price range will take a while to sell and buyers expect them to be in excellent condition.
As harsh as it may sound, I would pass and not make it your problem.
