Hi I am a newbie and found out recently that wholesaling is a good way to raise up capital needed for real estate business. I do plan on going into rentals and leases later on, but for now I need to find out what it takes to get involved in full force with wholesaling.
I need experienced investors in this field to give me help on pointers on how to get myself started.
Again, theres a TON of info on the forums and a ton more available by educational teachers selling their wholesaling course. Unless you have a local mentor who you can pick his/her brain when you buy them lunch about the business, your best bet is to read everything you can on it for free and then purchase one of the top courses by one of the top gurus who can explain it in connect-the-dot style so when you’re done you know what the heck your doing.
Education comes with a price and it’s a lot cheaper to be educated then it is to be ignorant, especially in real estate where you can take a bath very easily if you don’t know what your doing and be out of business before you actually even get in the business.
Some real good wholesale courses are Steve Cook (www.flippinghomes.com) and Vena Cox- Jones, the RE Goddess.
