I’m looking to get started on short term projects. I’d like to find quick rehab projects or sellers that need to sell fast.
How can I find these properties??? MLS properties are usually overpriced with no room for profit.

I suggest you read this forum - when you are done - you’ll have a pretty good idea where to start. Also, read the free articles here - there’s a lot of great info in them. I don’t think anyone will want to hold your hand and walk you through it … there’s just too much to know. Read books, go to your local REI club.
