How To Get Started As A Bird Dogger?

Hello,

I am new to this forum and have recently been reading up on “bird dogging”. My main question is how do I get started in this area and what basics should I know as a “first timer”? I am a highly motivated self-starter and very interested in grounding myself in this industry. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

One of the first things you should do is join some local REI clubs, go to meetings and network. Find out who the buyers are and what they are looking for.
