I have access to foreclosed inventory NOT on the market yet and my client said that I should send any leads to investors. How do other people handle this issue. I have an investor looking to buy, but can’t refer him to a point of contact. HELP!!!
May I ask how you are tied to this foreclosure inventory? Have you signed any contracts to make sure you get paid? Just asking.
