How to get Executor Info for Probate Property

Hi,

I’ve located two properties that are boarded up. One is in probate due to death of owner, the other is in conservatorship due to the owner being in nursing home. The property taxes are in arrears for the last two years. However, the county allows for five years of tax arrears before the properties are sold off.

I have been able to get the probate and conservatorship case numbers, but it doesn’t have the executor or conservator information. Does anyone know how to obtain this information? I’ve sent letters to the property locations but they came back due to no forwarding info available.

I would call the probate attorney & tell them you’re interested in purchasing the property. They would know who the Executor is.

there should be a probate file in the deceased’s name at the county courthouse. they have index’s at the courthouse that will allow you to access the file. inside the file will be contact information for the deceased and executor.
