Anyone out there familiar with the Florida Market,who knows where to find the wholesale auctions /bank reos,who canhelp iam new at this ,and so far all realtors i ve contacted passing me $160K value 2/2 with$ 20K rehab cost at $96K.definetely not my cake,anyone out there experienced in our SoFlorida Market,your help is strongly appreciated
