Hi,

I i’m a new investor I have a great deal on my hands but can’t find no money for it. I have called ads in the newspaper but they only off 50% LTV I need at least 65% LTV. Can somebody help me?

Flip that deal to another investor with cash. you can find them at your local landlord Assoc or REIA group, just present your deal to them,either collectively or individually.

Search the terms, do some research you will see.
