how to find SS investors to flip deal to in Chicago

Hello,

I was contacted by a motivated seller (owes $94K on duplex worth about $70K) in Kankakee, IL (south of Chicago) and need to find an investor who wants to work this deal. Can anyone tell me how I can find investors in the greater Chicago area who do Short Sales and would like this lead asap?

Are you from the Kankankee or Chicago area yourself?

Have you attempted to look at the local REI Clubs listed on this site for that area to see if they have ways to contact their members or put deals on their sites?

No, sorry. I didn’t see that section. I’ll take a look. I’m in Austin, but people are contacting me from around US through my site with short sales. Kankakee is just one that came up this week. I’ll find the section you mentioned and will look for someone in that area.
