How to find owner

I was driving the other day in a neighborhood and saw a house that was boarded up and nobody was living there. I was wondering how I could find the owner of this property to talk to him/her about selling it. Could someone please inform me. Thanks

I tried it for NY, I live in suffolk county and there is a home on 10 huntington drive that I cant pull up, does anyone have any luck or maybe can lend a hand?
