Does anyone know how I can find a list of evictions for King Co & Pierce Co? I’ve tried their websites and they are impossible to navigate. Are there any companies that provide lists of evictions in order to target tired landlords?

Try the classified section in your local newspaper. You can find all kinds of tired landlords. They even give you the landlord’s phone numbers. ;D You just have to ask the right questions to determine if they are tired or not.
See if there is a legal newspaper in your area. In most larger metro areas, there is at least one legal newspaper that publishes court proceedings. Evictions would fall in this category.
