How to find LA Attorneys who do Subject To Transactions

I am a CA licensed broker and am interested in purchasing and/or put together subject to transactions. But I am very nervous about losing my license since I heard so many negative comments about this strategy. I understand the risk, and am putting together different disclosures to protect myself and my license, so I would like to use an attorney to help putting the transaction together. How do I find an attorney who does this type of transactions from this forum?

What kind of negative things are you reading about sub2 here?

Hi: not from the forum. I meant there are other investors and attorneys strongly suggested me to stay away from it. Mainly because sellers may come back and sue me if they can’t get a property in the future or when the lender exercises their due on sale right. Some mentioned if transfer title to a trust, it’s considered concealment or fraud. This is my main concern and do not want to do anything illegal.
