How to find investor friendly title company in Northern NJ?

I want to make sure I have a buyer’s list and title company before I attempt y first wholesale. How can I find a title company in Northern NJ who will accept assignment of contract.

When you ask investor friendly title company, many get visions of possible shady dealings. Most title companies will work with investors, you just have to explain to them what you’re trying to accomplish.

Instead of asking you’re looking for an investor friendly title company or attorney, pose a question to them of a scenario about the deal you’re working with and let them guide you.

If you call a title company and say you have a contract on a property but that your partner (anyone buying your contract) wants to buy you out of the contract because he wants the deal all for himself, can you guide me on how I can relinquish my interest in the deal? Many title companies & attorneys will gladly help you assign your contract.

It comes down to how you explain what you are doing. As long as you’re not putting their licenses and reputation at stake many will gladly work with you.

I agree with the previous poster, just call the title company and tell them the type of deal your doing. When i did my first deal in 2007 i had an attorney to handle it it was a flip on a reo, i did a double close.

one thing about working with title co, the fees are lower than with an attorney
