I haven’t been able to find any duplexes listed for sale in the DC metro area (outside of DC and Baltimore)
Does anyone know if there are special search engines to use? I’ve just tried zillow so far.
Try www.realtor.com or see if there is a local mls. There is a flexmls used where I’m located that has tons of listings that aren’t on realtor.com. There may be something similar for the DC area.
Duplexes in Metro DC in VA don’t really exist and if they do, chances are very good that the numbers will not work. FF and Loudoun County are the two wealthiest counties in the US so good luck with that.
But, in Prince Georges County in MD you’ll find plenty. Of course, safety and other issues are abound in that area. Same with Baltimore.
