I am hoping I can get any assistance on this. I have wholesaled 200k and below properties, but how and who do I target million dollar properties?

It’s possible that it might help if you give a location and a hint as to what sort of properties. Each type is going to have a different type of buyer, and deals are done a bit differently in different parts of the country.
Mansions? Strip malls? Apartment buildings? Condos? Ski lodges?
