Look into a community college for inexpensive classes. Or try to get employment in a real estate office to learn the ropes. If you want to buy foreclosure properties you’re going to have to learn about title searching and Florida laws. Read more into this website for further info.
As I have mentioned before in regards to your citizenship. You will most likely NOT be able to do any kind of no money down using bank lenders. You CAN try to get financed through hard money lenders who mostly care about the value of the home and not you personally.
Even with financing not being a problem I am not sure you will have an easy time of getting things put in your name when you are not a citizen of the U.S. Things like insurance or the title being put in your name, etc. Better also check with imigration and U.S. laws governing real estate owned by foreign nationals. Best to speak with an imigration professional or a tax attorney in your country if you guy have taxes in Colombia, I am not sure…
I would love to show you how to do mobile home deals in Texas, if you promise to show me around Colombia and where all the beautiful single women are! Heh! 8)

Your profile says you are 15 years old. Is this correct. I know you will not be able to qualify for any credit or loans from typical lenders, but not sure if this prevents you from owning real estate. My GUESS would be that you would not be able to only because you would not be considered an adult.
