Here’s my problem. I have more then enough letters to target my lists, but I only have one postcard. I designed it on Vistaprint. It’s a good postcard, but I think I should have multiple postcards as well. I’ve noticed that most of the postcards on the net target Realtors. I need to find some that target investors. I’ve heard of freelancing graphic artists that can create postcards, but I don’t have a clue on how to find them or what the cost would be.
There are several sites where graphics designers will bid on your project. You can look at their portfolio and decide based on reviews and bid. One such site I have used is : freelancedesigners.com

Create your own postcard and not pay a fortune. Best site for that is http://gotprint.com. See for yourself. I create my own business card and got 1000 for less than $20.
I placed an ad on Craigslist and got a response with two hours. The person who contacted me heads up a graphics design company. He only charged me $30 bucks for two postcard designs!! I was expected at least $75.00 for just one post card. The work he did was beyond superb. I had to postcards targeting burned out landlords. I will have him do some other cards for me in a a few months as well as redoing my website. Best money spent and save. :bobble
Vena Jones-Cox has a really good course on marketing and she gives you all the letters and postcards for real estate investing that she has created. I don’t think it is even on her website because she won’t sell it to people who invest in her area

It’s mandatory for all investors to have their postcards, brochure etc. with company logo and so on. Designing depends on mainly What you want? and How you want?
