I’m starting off investing in some real estate (residential rental properties) and need to find a good CPA/taxpro to lead me down the right path (e.g., what business structure is best, how to get the maximum tax advantages out of it etc.). I’m having a hard time figuring out how to find a CPA that:
knows real estate investing (including 1031 exchanges)
can help with business formation (entity selection), and
is agressive (a “pay zero taxes” proponent)
Any ideas on how to find this kind of CPA in Columbus Ohio?
