How to evict when their kid is an #%&@$ ?

I rent out some rooms in the house I live in. There is a lease in place, and the tenant and I function on a roommate frame of mind. Lately, his 7 yr old daughter is starting to think that she is in charge and can do anything she wants. She’s starting to section off parts of the house and move her/their things into it and move my things into my parts of the house. Things like couches and tables and such. I can only see this escalating worse; the kid will probably start subdividing the refrigerator next. :rolleyes Her Dad is rarely there as he works quite often and is out with the girlfriend the rest of the time. He hired a nanny, but the nanny really has no say on hardly anything except for bringing the kid home from school.

So, is this kid keeps pushing the boundaries of respect and decency, along the lines of grade school mentality(s), what can I do to evict them if things become too unreasonable?

What does the lease say?

About bratty kids? nothing. Haha!
The closest thing to this situation is probably this:
Tenant(s) shall not use or allow the use of the Property in any way that interferes with the other Tenant(s)’ use and enjoyment of the Property or neighboring property.

Technically, I am another Tenant of the Property, and the kids’ her stuff/my stuff rearranging of the entire house, especially the common areas, is interfering on my enjoyment of the Property.

Is this a long term lease or a month-to-month arrangement?

Keith

For pete’s sake. She’s 7 years old. Tell her to knock it off.
