Any idea on how to evict a tenant fast in wisconsin?
I have a problem tenant and the latest thing that she did is removing the main door of my two flat. I called the cops but they said it’s not a police matter.
I gave her a 30 day notice already since she is on month to month and for this month she hasn’t paid her rent. I issued a 5 day notice already to vacate the property. But I’d like to know what’s the next best thing to do to get rid of this tenant quick in case she doesn’t move within 5 days?
Any ideas?
