What are the requirements (mainly IRS) about getting paid from a self owned LLC. Is a payroll required so that it can be tracked or is it something as simply as withdrawing the money from the business account since you are the founding member/owner. Also, if you pay a child to work for you (up to the legal limit of the IRS) by doing little odd jobs to use as a deduction. Does this child have to be payed by a payroll check to prove this expenditure.?
