If I had a rental property where the avg rent was 550 and the houe was completly remodeled inside and out. Approx. value ofproperty is 65k wat would an investor pay for that hose inorder to cash flow. I know thre are probably alot of things that need to be considered but roughly what ballpark figure would one expect to give?
