How much would you pay for MLS comps?

Okay, I’ve been talking with a few realtors and agents about running some high and low comps for me from time to time and was wondering what a fair dollar amount would be for their services.

I mean, it takes em less than fifteen minutes but I still feel that they should be rewarded for the effort.

I’d maybe need em 2-3 times a month to do this, so ya think paying a flat rate every month would be good, or just paying them for each set of comps they fax me? How do you all go about this? I’d subscribe to a online service but they all seem to be outdated. Plus, I like having the comps faxed to me on those nice little forms the realtors use LOL.

I’m licensed and i to do really good research/comps a good half hour (for me anyway) but if it’s for myself about a good hour to really feel the neighborhood out. I check closed as back as 90 days and 180 if there isn’t much and alos “pending” i’ll check at “active” just to see what’s going in that neighborhood. I’d charge you 50 bucks. hopefully this helps! :beer
