I have a day job, so being able to answer my cell for non work related calls will be a problem. I am curious to see how everyone handles their business calls.
I work out of my home for both my day job, and investing to answering the phone has not been a problem lately. Besides, most of my prospects contact me via email now a days anyway.
Last year however, I was using voice connect. The service cost me $2000 in a 6 months period before I cancelled the service. but I was receiving lots of leads at that time. This worked good for me when I was using it, what I had my service do is collect their name, property address, their asking price and why they are selling. At the end, they told the seller that a specialist will do some research on their property and call them back within 24 hours.
I use Pat Live for both Buying and Selling. It works for me because all information is taken and keyed into my website. That way I have a record and if its a deal I can call them. If I have a buyer then my sales person can call them.
