I think it’s tough to generalize about this because it’s so market and area specific. For instance, in my area ¶, 60 days on the market would be considered on the long side, unless you were talking about a property that was unique in some way resulting in a smaller buyer market (e.g., physical characteristics, location, $1 mil+ price, etc). If you have access to statistics in your market, see what the average DOM is by price range and/or sub-area to determine if 60 days on the market is long or short.
