this question is for folks who started with a buyers list of zero and minimal connections.
I will be relocating in the next 6 mos and will be starting fresh… Any wisdom is appreciated.
I have had clients get their first deal done in as little as a month, I personally did my first one when I wanted to do it simply because I was so involved in other types of investing that it just came natural.
With the proper motivation, and know how I am positive you could do a deal in under 8 weeks.
