how long before it goes on the TS list

Hello all,
I am a newbie in Short sales. I have obtained the NOD list.
My questions is how long before it goes on the TS list.

The timeline for sale dates on NOD depends on the lender. keep in mind that most of the time the homeowners is (typically)at least 3+ months behind before the NOD is filed.

I found my answer also. I found that in california, it takes 3 months for a person to go from the NOD list to the TS list.

Hope this helps others in California.
