Ok, I let’s say I buy a home and the PITI is going to be $650.
The market rent for the area is $950. I want to give a $100 rent credit.
Should I go $1050 rent then or higher since it is a LO?
Or $1050 rent, no credit, but only a 1% option fee?
Trying to figure out how to price rent on a LO based on market rent numbers.
