I’m located in louisiana and the market here is still going strong. The people who buy houses to rent them can’t seem to get enough. I buy properties in several states and only a few markets have slowed down.
Atlanta is ok. Regardless of where you are, I think it’s all a mental game that has to play out. Meaning that the market is wide open, that we all have to stick to the plan and stay focused in order to succeed.
