HOW IS THE BEST WAY TO FIND INVESTORS TO ASSIGN CONTRACTS TO?

Hello, I am new to this business and need some assistance in how to go about finding investors to sell to. Also when contacting another investor about selling a property to is there any where that I can go to find out the specific information that the investors want in order to make a decision on a piece of property?

As far as finding investors, call the we buy houses ads in the paper and join your local investor association if you have one. Once you find them, ask them what are their parameters and what do they look for. Ask them how soon can they close…etc to make sure they are not other newbies pretending to be investors.
